Welcome to Venture Advance, a venture development firm that specializes in three types of services:

• Strategic Acquisition Services - We provide virtual strategic acquisition services as an Operating Partner or Venture Partner for investment funds (private equity, venture capital, LBO, subordinated debt, SPACs and family offices) that are looking for additional leverage for their investment team.

• Chief Growth Officer Services - We provide virtual Chief Growth Officer (CGO) services for companies that are not yet ready to hire or cannot yet attract world-class CGO talent.

• Chief Restructuring Officer Services - We provide virtual Chief Restructuring Officer (CRO) services for companies that require significant restructuring in order to survive the current downturn.

Our Approach

We work closely with our client’s at the leadership level (general partners, CEOs, investors, board of directors, and other executive leaders) as a vital, yet virtual, part of the team.

Our engagements range from part-time to full-time and from short-term to long-term.

Our compensation includes a mix of cash, deal or performance bonus and equity or carried interest.
